Help us celebrate Earth Day in Johnston County, NC! Let’s work together to remove litter across the county, in parks, open spaces, on trails, and roadsides, on Saturday, April 20th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Businesses, churches, youth groups, neighborhoods, civic groups, families, and individuals across the county are invited to participate.
Details:
– Our goal is to work with local parks and recreation departments and nonprofit organizations in towns across the county, as well as NC DOT as part of the Litter Sweep initiative.
– Registration is required for litter cleanup in public spaces.
– Supplies will be provided at each location as available, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own if they have them.
