Monster Dash

The Cape Fear Flyers run in the trails of Carolina Beach State Park year round and we are excited each year to invite youth cross country teams from across the state and our running community to enjoy the trails of the state park we love so much.
The Monster Dash starts with a youth cross country meet with trail runs at 2K, 3K, and 4K. The last event of the morning is a 5K for the 15-18 age division and the community.
