On Saturday, January 28, 2023, volunteers from the Friends of the Mountains to Sea Trail (FMST), Friends of Fonta Flora State Trail (F3ST), Northwest NC Mountain Bike Alliance (NWNCMBA), Wild South, and NC State Parks will be leading a trail maintenance workday from 1 – 4 pm on the Fonta Flora State Trail at Lake James State Park. No experience is required.
